After establishing a successful jet brokerage career in the UK, Yorkshireman Charles moved to the French Riviera in 2008 to launch his own brokerage firm. The firm became one of the most successful in the area and Charles built a reputation among the region’s most significant private aviation clients as a trusted pair of hands dedicated to delivering results in any situation. He sold the firm in 2015, staying on to manage it as Director, before launching VF Global. Using his network to build an exceptional team of aviation professionals, Charles established VF Global to provide an unparalleled level of personalised service to a select network of clientele offering the best aircraft and crew. Relied on by clients who appreciate his passion both for client service and for aviation, Charles ensures VF Global retains its position as an industry leader in aircraft charter, sales and management, offering an unrivalled personal approach.

It was a day at the Biggin Hill Air Show at a young age that first ignited Jack’s passion for aviation. Throughout his education at Dulwich College in London, he longed for the skies, taking flying lessons in his spare time before beginning a professional career in aviation, at the jet and VIP helicopter operator SaxonAir. He managed and successfully grew the SaxonAir charter sales team, he also implemented numerous customer centric processes to enhance the client experience, which are still in use today. With tangible hands-on experience chartering and managing a diverse fleet of aircraft, he is trusted by clients across the world for his aviation and industry knowledge as well as his personal approach. He now splits his time between Norfolk, London and the French Riviera as a Director looking after VF Global’s clientele.

Callum, a born and raised Brighton resident, has amassed a wealth of experience during his 6 years in the Private Aviation sector.

Coming from a leading role within one of the most well-respected aircraft companies in the world, Callum has not only orchestrated some of the largest fixed-wing & rotary movements in the industry, such as being in charge of organising 11 Agusta 109 VIP Helicopters for nearly every delegation attending the globally recognised G7 Summit, but has also utilised his customer service background to forge deep routed relationships with his trusted client base and suppliers.

In his role as Head of Charter Sales, at the renowned VF Global, Callum looks to utilise his exceptional service, knowledge & relationships to offer clients the very best tailored service available.

Chris is based in central London and heads up the VF-Global sales for prospective owners and sellers of aircraft and helicopters in the business aviation sector.

Having started flying from an early age, Chris gained his pilot’s licence at the age of just 17 and has spent over 25 years in the aviation industry. He initially started up a flying school and air taxi business before going on to manage the largest onshore helicopter operator of its time, subsequently setting up SaxonAir with the backing of a local business entrepreneur in 2007.  Chris helped steer SaxonAir through 12 years of growth to establish as one of the UK’s leading air charter and management operators, holding both fixed-wing and rotary AOCs, as well as establishing an FBO and dedicated offshore logistical centre for the energy industry in East Anglia.

Chris has a passion for aviation and is a strong believer in collaboration within the industry to bring the message of air charter’s value to business and the economy, not just as a perceived luxury showcase.  Chris also chairs the Air Charter Association’s own Sustainability & Innovation Group, and in his spare time he enjoys running and sport and lives in Battersea, a short walk from the office at the London Heliport.

At VF Global, Hugo crafts bespoke experiences, setting new industry standards through his dedication to personalized service. Beyond aviation, his passion for fitness drives his continual self-education. When free, he explores the countryside with Moose, his cherished Dachshund.
