We charter a jet a few times a year, mainly for family holidays. I have been working with Charles for almost 10 years now and trust him implicitly. The flights are always perfect and my children are looked after very well by the flight attendants. I fly back and forth to Miami and the Caribbean a few times a year with VF Global – always a great flight and aircraft. I take my dog with me and the flight attendant takes care of us both very well. We normally fly on a Falcon 7X which I always feel very safe on.

VF Global give the most personal service, and are great value. I used to do fractional ownership, and pay large sums at the start of each year. With VF Global I pay ad hoc for each individual flight, saving money and choosing the right size of aircraft for each trip.

Fantastic personal service. Can get hold of Charles anytime of the day or night. He answers or replies within minutes. In the summer I normally do short flights around Europe and in the winter last minute trips to the Alps when I know the weather is good. I highly recommend this company!

Great team, very easy flight and door to door service. They deal with ground transfers as well as the actual flights. Jack or Charles always touch base with the crew before each flight and keep my PA updated on the movements while I am in the air. Great communication and value.
